Aria The Animation (ARIA The ANIMATION)
Using DVD sources, all 13 fansubbed episodes and all the raw bonus features were released in 2007-09. There is a very detailed page about the release that should answer all of your basic questions.

Sensei no o-Jikan (せんせいのお時間)
Episodes 11–13 were fansubbed from 2005-09 to 2005-10. This release has been more or less superseded by an R1 dual-audio DVD rip by Exiled-Destiny, available at BoxTorrents.

Notes
- We translated from a Chinese fansub (by 琵琶行字幕組, ppx) because we didn’t understand much Japanese at the time.
- For simplicity and not wanting to sacrifice quality, we decided to multiplex soft subtitles with the TV raws instead of hardsubbing and re-encoding. This was an uncommon practice at the time; softsubs were usually only for DVD rips.
